A representative called me to explain they did not have the harness I was looking for in stock and that they would have to order it. He explained it could take up to six weeks to get it to them and then have to ship to me.
Wellâ€¦â€¦I had the harness in my hands within two weeks!
Very much appreciate the prompt contact explaining the issue and offering a refund if I couldn’t wait for it. I was in no major hurry and they made it happen well before the projected time.
I will be using them again for future purchases.
