While the order process was quick and easy, my order was not correct.  For the Fall Protection Bags that i have ordered in the past I choose the Orange and Black bag.  I choose the same colors for my recent order but the bags I received were Red and Black.  I called Customer Service and I asked Why I had received red and black and not orange and black.  Their response was that, that was all they had in stock.  The offer was made to send the bags back.   I kept the bags but I would have like to have had the option to decline the order because of the colors.  That option was made available to me.  I like the bags I just prefer the Orange and Black.

We have purchased these bags in the past to hold the fall protection devices of our linemen.  They are the perfect size to hold everything.  They seem to be of good quality and we haven't had any problems with them.
