Items arrived fairly quickly and as advertised.  My only small issue was that they had reused a box to ship to us and never removed the old shipping labels.  The problem with this was that the old label was the one that was prevalent on top of the box and therefore it got picked up and tossed aside in our receiving dock as no one knew what to do with it since it seemed to be addressed wrong.  We had to go through UPS and end up digging through storage to find the box and then found the correct label down one of the sides, but it took a day to get it sorted out.

The length on this rope is great. The material seems like it should hold up a long time. The ascender moves fairly smooth. Safety is very important to me; I feel confident that this rope system will not fail me in the event of a fall.

Not sure about this rope set up, I ordered it week ago and its still not here. They said they had them in sock, however when the anchors arrived, surprise no ropes. I called they said they have to make them so assume they making them in china... I will assume there good...

I was very impressed with how quickly my order arrived.  Not all companies ship to Micronesia, not knowing that it uses the same US Postal Service.  The product itself is just what was ordered.
