Our design engineers took the basics of what makes a harness effective and safe, and made holistic improvements to allow workers to do their jobs more comfortably and with added versatility, all without breaking the bank. Ed Marquardt, President of Guardian Fall Protection, expresses the confidence we have in this harness when he says, "The Cyclone Series will deliver guaranteed satisfaction." This harness features ultra-flow padding that helps keep moisture away from the body, and the double-grommeted tool belt provides the ultimate support when combined with the Velcro waist belt. A variety of buckle configurations are also available.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size an th people working here walked me through exactly what to do to fix the situation, I’ve bought many things before and had them shipped but I have never actually shipped something of my own

I owned this harness for a long time. Finally had to order a new one because threads were starting to pull apart. Owned my first one for around 5+ years doing different scaffold work. Very comfortable and feel very safe with it. Hope this one last just as long

Great harness, horrible customer service	September 21, 2020

I ordered a harness, got a confirmation. A few days later I received an email saying that they hadnt received my form of payment. If thats the case how did I get confirmation and tracking number? So I ask if I can get faster shipping because Im in need of this for a job. The guy says ok I will let them know. a week and 6 days later The harness I ordered is the right size but has a belt on it made for someone 300lbs. I call. The guy Says they cant replace. Im frustrated now. He says send me the harness you have and I will ship another one. I said send me another one and I will ship you this back. Wouldnt let me do that of course. So then he tells me I need to buy a new one then and theyre not sending out another or refunding me. I asked for a discount to Oder another and then he says no. The guy on the phone blames me for getting the wrong harness. I started to raise my voice so he starts yelling at me. I turned them in for fraud to my bank. Now Im stuck with a harness that doesnt fit.
