That was a temporary delay by the manufacturer due to a part shortage because they build the SRL's in house in North Carolina. This happens occasionally with every manufacturer in the world & it was unfortunate that it took 2 weeks to get your SRL's & we do apologize while we do stand by our vendors 100% even through their delays because they provide top notch life saving equipment with excellent stock or fast shipping 99% of the time.
When we were contacted by you the order arrived in the 2nd day following. Thank you for your review we appreciate them all good or not so good.
But, these are outstanding USA made SRL's at a incredible price, we got bump the star rating up for other customer's because of the quality of the product even though you received sub par delivery time.
